My device crashed while I was spinning and I lost the spin.

This unfortunate event may occur if you are having network issues, or switched between WiFi/3G in the middle of a spin. The good news is that you don't "lose" your spin. You receive the amount of cash/prize you would have received had this spin been visible.

We recommend that you check your internet connection, and it is preferable that you use a WiFi network, and not 3G.
