It's very uncommon that you don't get what you pay for, but sometimes it can take up to 24 hours. Occasionally, the stores’ servers need a little extra time to process the payments.
If after 24 hours you still haven't received the cash or spins, please follow these steps:
See if you received an email receipt from iTunes. If so, please forward it to us. Please also contact iTunes to check the status of your order.
See if you received an email receipt from Google Play. If so, check the status order here. If it's gone through, please forward us the full email receipt. Without this, we won't be able to assist you with your order!
*Note: using a jailbroken device may cause further purchase errors as our store is not compatible. If this is the case, or you have a hack, you must contact Google or iTunes to receive a refund.
